Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us and we use it to deliver Bath & Shower Store products, services and information to you.
Bath & Shower Store collects data as follows: 
a.     When you fill out a form on our site or subscribe to our newsletter and communications.
b.     When you order a product from Bath & Shower Store, it is necessary for us to collect and process your data to complete the transaction.
c.     When you fill out an Account application form to apply for credit terms.
d.     When you are attending Bath & Shower Store events, CPD training courses, presentations, educational trips and tradeshows/exhibitions.
e.     We also have supplier contact details which will contain individual names.
f.      In addition, Bath & Shower Store processes personal data of employees.
The Bath & Shower Store website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

f.     to arrange travel details for Bath & Shower Store educational trips
g.     to notify you of changes and updates to our products/services and to our websites
h.       to be used in statistical reporting regarding our web activities
NON-PERSONAL DATA
We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website.

We may provide Non-Personal Data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our website. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit our website, the demographic breakdown of our community users of our website, or the activities that visitors to our website engage in while on our website.

Once we receive your data, we use appropriate technical, physical and organisational security measures, including firewalls and anti-virus protection to protect your personal data, from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to. We will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies become available.
Credit card details for payments via telephone/email/fax will only be retained until payment for the order has been successfully completed.
  
5.    USE OF COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and helps us to improve our site.

Our website uses tracking software to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. This software is provided by Google Analytics which uses cookies to track visitor usage.
